At Scalify LLC, we strive to provide high-quality AI-powered savings tools. This refund policy outlines our refund procedures for purchases made through our platform.

Virtual Items and Digital Products

No refunds on any and all virtual items unless we make a specific exception.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Browser extension access
  • Premium feature subscriptions
  • Credit packages
  • Digital downloads
  • API access tokens
  • Any virtual or digital products

Subscription Services

For recurring subscription services:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for partial billing periods
  • Unused credits may be forfeited upon cancellation

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical issues preventing service access for more than 7 consecutive days
  • Billing errors on our part
  • Service outages lasting more than 14 days in a month
  • Material misrepresentation of service capabilities

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are at our sole discretion.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Include your order number and reason for the refund request
  3. Allow 5-7 business days for review
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 10-14 business days

Refund Methods

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
  • PayPal: 1-3 business days
  • Bank transfers: 5-10 business days

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or credit card company, your account may be permanently suspended, and you may be ineligible for future services.
